Head of User Research
Embedding research insight in agile teams and large organisations
The Home Office, like the rest of the UK government, is modernising service delivery and user researchers play a key role. Embedded within agile delivery teams, their insights help shape fundamental public services.
To have real impact on service design and delivery we need to fully engage the people in our teams with the research process. Getting this right matters – to millions of people.
In this talk I will share some of the tools and methods we use at the Home Office, and which are common across government, and I’ll share our approach to storing and sharing research consistently so that we can have maximum impact and achieve better outcomes for users
